Shipping & Return Policy
Where do you ship your products?
We ship to Hong Kong and Singapore.
Delivery fee is based on the weight of goods and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our Hong Kong studio within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Your package will arrive within 2-4 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Note: This information applies to all orders within Hong Kong.
Do you ship internationally?
We are still working on shipping to more cities! If you would like to order from an international location outside of the mentioned locations, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at email@example.com within 24 hours of making the purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed if package has already left our studio.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return my order?
We will replace or refund products that was damaged during shipment from www.thisiswoodco.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to email@example.com within 48 hours of arrival.
We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, limited edition and collaboration items.
We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges that are not purchased from www.thisiswoodco.com at this time.
